AoK PM Solutions Appointed as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS)

We're delighted to announce an important milestone for AoK PM Solutions.

This week, we were officially appointed as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) on our first project.

Although AoK PM Solutions has only been operating for just over a year, this appointment reflects many years of experience in construction management, planning and site safety. It also recognises the systems, procedures and standards we have been developing to support projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Taking on the role of PSCS carries significant responsibility. It involves coordinating health and safety during the construction stage, ensuring contractors work together safely, managing site compliance, and helping clients meet their obligations under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations.

For us, this represents the next step in the growth of AoK PM Solutions. We've invested considerable time in developing robust health and safety documentation, site management procedures, inspection systems and digital tools that provide clients with confidence that their projects are being managed professionally and safely.

We're excited about this new chapter and look forward to supporting many more clients as both Project Managers and PSCS across residential and commercial construction projects.
