In this recent cottage revamp, AoK PM Solutions was brought in to take care of all structural works, setting the client up with a blank canvas to complete their fit-out in stages, on their own time.

What We Did

• Full removal of internal walls to open up the layout

• New steel supports to safely reconfigure the space

• Re-roofed the rear section due to long-term water ingress

• Re-routed ESB services - due porch demolition

• Service strip-out and prep for future M&E installations

• Ensured the structure was safe, sound, and watertight

The Outcome

The client now has a clean, open shell—ready to shape into their dream home, room by room. By tackling the heavy lifting early, they gained time and headspace to plan every detail of their fit-out with care. All works completed within 5 weeks.
