Nothing Like a Fresh Pour

There's always something satisfying about seeing fresh concrete being poured. It's one of the first major milestones on any self-build project, marking the point where months of planning, design and preparation finally become a physical structure.

On this project, the foundations have now been successfully poured following completion of the site set-out, excavation, inspections and reinforcement works. Over the coming weeks, attention will turn to rising walls, underground services and bringing the build up to floor level.

Every stage of construction is carefully coordinated to ensure quality, compliance and programme are maintained. Getting the early stages right provides the best possible foundation—quite literally—for the remainder of the project.
