Breaking Ground....

Today marks an exciting milestone as works officially begin on another self-build project.

With a favourable weather window, site clearance and initial groundworks are now underway. This stage involves preparing the site for construction, establishing safe access, removing vegetation where required and setting the project up for the next phases of excavation and foundation works.

The success of any build starts long before the first foundation is poured. Careful planning, coordination of contractors and good site management at this early stage help ensure the project progresses safely, efficiently and on programme.

It's always rewarding to see months of planning become reality, and we're looking forward to sharing the progress of this project over the coming months.
