Expertise and Background
The company was originally set up by Declan to service a demand, for the management of the different trades persons required for self build projects. Having worked in construction for 20 years and in management for the last 15 years. Declan is an experienced project manager who has worked with Tier 1 construction companies and is a qualified electrician by trade. He has worked in many different areas of the construction sector, which includes residential, commercial, and industrial, both in Ireland and overseas.
Having completed a self-build home in Ireland almost 10 years ago, whilst working in England, he utilised his project management skills to complete is own home build within 12 months. Since then, he has completed many varied projects ranging from new builds and renovations to home improvements. The company resulted from Declan's own need for a self built home and the recognition that not everyone has the time or skills to effectively manage and coordinate a large variety of trades.
