AoK PM Solutions was founded by Declan to provide cost-effective, professionally managed solutions for self-build homeowners.
With over 20 years' experience in construction and 15 years in project management, Declan combines hands-on trade knowledge with structured project delivery. A qualified electrician by trade, he has worked with Tier 1 construction companies and across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Ireland and overseas.
Almost ten years ago, while working in Europe, Declan completed his own self-build home in Ireland, managing the project remotely and delivering it within 12 months. That experience shaped his understanding of the pressures self-builders face — particularly the challenge of coordinating multiple trades while controlling costs and quality.
AoK PM Solutions was created to bridge that gap, offering clear oversight, honest advice, and practical project management — so clients can build with confidence and peace of mind.
